Spanish course, adventure travel and volunteering program: a once in a lifetime experience

Go MAD and spend your gap year, career break or student summer holiday in Venezuela learning Spanish and experiencing a country of stunning beauty. Join a group of like minded volunteers to experience and contribute to daily life in a rural Venezuelan  village. Swim with dolphins snorkle on carribean reefs and experience meeting with indigenous Indian tribes in dense jungle. To top it off take part in a community intiative which is addressing social and environmental issues at a grass roots level.

 This adventure starts in Playa Colorada. This rural village is situated on a stunning beach within Parque Nacional Mochima – an endless parade of white-sand, palm-fringed Caribbean beaches, 32 islands and a significant portion of the adjacent coastal mountain ranges with elevations up to 1,000 meters.

After arriving in Playa Colorada your time will be divided in three parts:

*Orientation and intensive Spanish course

*Travelling, kayaking, hiking and wildlife adventures across eastern Venezuela through National Parks, exotic jungles and mysterious mountains.

 *Work on a community building and youth education scheme.
