Keene Lads Took On Triathlon
Ben Keene (non executive director) and his little bro, Dan, took on their first ever Triathlon in Kingsbridge, Devon on the 13th August to raise money for development projects in Africa & Asia through the Mad Foundation.
What does the Triathlon involve?
Doing the following back-to-back:

Multi Terrain Run 9 miles

Multi Terrain Mountain Bike 16 miles
Aargghhh! For those that realize that this going to be a fairly painful mornings exercise it would be great if you could support the Keene boys.

The Endurance Life Classic 3 - Saturday 13th Aug
Race Summary
Our favorite, the original Classic location and home territory for endurancelife. Due to the complexities of the tides in the area it is logistically impossible to host the planned Classic & Lite events at this location; hence the Classic 'enduro' is born.
The Sit on Top Kayaking takes place on the stunning and internationally recognized Kingsbridge & Salcombe Estuary, the abundant wildlife is famously varied and the views famously memorable. After reaching the beach at South Sands you hit the trail and immediately are exposed to some of the most awesome views in Britain along the SW Coastal Path before cutting inland for the cross county section back to base.
The Multi Terrain Mountain Biking section is a challenging combination of tracks, trails and country lanes. Looping out towards the coast this last phase of the challenge is always much talked about at the post event party!
So go for it in the 'enduro' it will be an awesome experience, team up or go it alone, you'll be blown away by the views and hospitality and be queuing up for the Coast to Coast…
