Applying to join any Project, Placement or Adventure is easy, simply follow the guidelines below:
1. Use the APPLY NOW button on the top right of each page and complete your details and the details of the trip you wish to join us on.
2. If there are any personal details that you do not have to hand, such as passport details if you are renewing it before your departure date, then fill in what you can and submit your application and we'll be in contact later to fill in the rest.
3. We download these online application forms daily and we will call you to discuss your requirements once we have confirmed availability for the trip you wish to join. We will then ask you if you wish to send in a cheque for your deposit or if you wish to pay your deposit over the phone with a debit card (no extra fee) or a credit card (3% fee).
4. Once payment is processed we will email you a receipt and more information regarding your trip - you are then a member of the Mad Tribe! Happy Days!
Please remember that the remaining balance for your trip will be due 75 days before your intended departure date.
