They will need to know your travel dates and airport/s, along with your full name as printed on your passport (the one you will travel on) and telephone number or email address to process a quote for you.
Please call the dedicated number above as not all fights will appear on STA's website (especially flights to Ghana). Flights can often be held for several days while you consider your options. STA Travel will email you to advice of the deadline. Its very important that you check with us at Madventurer before booking flights. We need to confirm with you the start and end dates of your project, placement or adventure. Please do not book flights to arrive after the start date, or before the end date as this can incur extra costs to your trip. Some of the villages that we work in are very remote which means we like volunteers to travel together as a group, so its very important that you arrive on the correct day.

Important - Please note that under our terms and conditions we will not cancel a Trip less than 60 days before departure except for unforeseen circumstances outside of the Company's control. This means that you should not be booking any non-refundable flights more than 60 days ahead of departure incase we do not have sufficient numbers (usually a minimum of 4, urban placements may differ) to run the trip.
