For solo projects the in-country co-ordinator who is on call 24 hrs a day. For group projects your on-project mad crew are present 24 hrs a day.
What in-placement emergency procedures are there?
Madventurer has a crisis management procedure in place for all eventualities. The Mad rep has a good system for communication with Mad HQ.
Who do I turn to if I have a problem about my work or about the placement itself whilst on my programme?
Your on-project mad crew for group projects or in-country co-ordinator for solo projects.
