For the first time ever leading adventure travel operators Intrepid, Dragoman and yours truly have teamed together to bring this weird and wonderful competition to universities across the country from 16 February to 6 March 2009.

The triumphant team will win a six week trip of a lifetime to Africa, South America or Asia combining adventure travel, overlanding and volunteering experiences.

The extreme competition will involve teams of three going head to head against fellow students and ultimately other universities and taking part in a medley of bizarre and slightly off the wall travel themed contests.

If you want to do something out of the ordinary this summer, then why not put your name down? It'll be far more exciting than getting a mundane summer job, or for those graduating it could be the perfect start to a gap year before entering into the real working world.

Travel experiences like these are a great way of making your CV stand out to prospective employers, especially during these tough economic times. All it takes is nine minutes to face the challenge and give yourself the chance to change your future.
