Our 2017 Peru Summer Challenges operate on the following dates:
June 10th through to June 23rd for 2 weeks - Peru Village Water Project - £1150 / $1500
June 10th through to June 30th for 3 weeks - Peru Village Water Project and Machu Picchu Trek - £2950 / $3850
June 24th through to June 30th for 1 week - Machu Picchu Trek - £1900 / $2500
• Location: Huaraz and surrounding areas for volunteer project, and Cusco for Machu Picchu
July 15th through to July 28th for 2 weeks - Tanzanian School Build - £1250 / $1650
July 15th through to August 5th for 3 weeks - Tanzanian School Build and Kilimanjaro Machame Trek - £3250 / $4150
July 29th through to August 5th for 1 week - Kilimanjaro Machame Trek - £2250 / $3000
• Location: villages in the foothills and plains of Kilimanjaro
We operate Custom Group Projects all year round in all Project locations from one week up to 2 months

Every group and Project site is different. We carry out a consultation with local community leaders and group leaders every time we run a Project. Although we try and keep the cost to participants as affordable as possible we also try to maximise the funding available to each and every community Project we support.

We provide fundraising targets / costs in both GBP £ and USD $ as we have many UK and US nationalities join us on our Projects.

A £250 deposit (or $300 deposit) is required to confirm booking for all Projects. The deposit is the same for all of our Projects. You are required to pay this non-refundable deposit for your place to be confirmed and for us to finalize everything on the ground prior to your arrival.
Your Madventure Program Manager will help you prepare everything for you pre-trip, including taking any Madventure deposit or balance payments. Once they have confirmed you a place, they will also guide you on how to set up your fundraising page on JustGiving, or alternatively show you how this can be paid in one online payment if you do not wish to fundraise.
If you are a super brilliant fundraiser who likes to beat any fundraising targets, then we encouraged to meet or exceed your fundraising target to help further the work of the Charity and also to ask your sponsors to gift aid their payments if they are UK residents. You can also pay any fundraising shortfall on your JustGiving page using your own card by the due date.
Please note that for Custom Groups the costs may be different depending on the final itinerary, what date you all wish to travel and participation numbers set by the Team Leader of your school, college, organisation or club.
